XTAP is in pre-release. No token sale, wallet transaction or real-money game is active on this website. A future token purchase or real-money game may involve loss of the entire amount committed. Do not use funds required for essential expenses and do not participate where prohibited.
This pre-release draft has not been approved by local counsel. Mandatory local law and local-language rights continue to apply.
1. Regulatory classification
The token, sale, gameplay and reward model may be classified differently across jurisdictions as a crypto-asset, financial instrument, investment contract, gambling product, betting product, derivative, digital service or prohibited activity. Availability may be restricted or withdrawn.
2. Total loss and volatility
A token may lose all value. Crypto markets can be extremely volatile, illiquid and subject to manipulation. Real-money prediction play may cause immediate loss of the entire stake.
3. No ownership or guaranteed return
Tokens do not automatically provide equity, voting rights, dividends, revenue share, redemption rights or guaranteed holder rewards. No yield, income, profit, winnings or price appreciation is promised.
4. Project and roadmap
The game, token utility, item marketplace, partnerships, exchange plans and roadmap may be delayed, changed or abandoned. Development targets are not contractual commitments.
5. Liquidity and listing
No DEX or CEX listing, trading venue, buyer, liquidity pool, sale completion or market price is guaranteed. A token may be impossible to sell or transfer.
6. Technology and smart contracts
Smart contracts, bridges, wallets, APIs, blockchains and dependencies may contain defects, be exploited, fork, become congested or stop working. An audit can reduce but never eliminate risk.
7. Transactions and custody
Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Lost credentials, a wrong address or network, compromised device, malicious wallet or fraudulent contract can cause permanent loss. No custody or recovery service is currently offered.
8. Market data and settlement
Price feeds may be delayed, unavailable, manipulated, disputed or inconsistent between venues. Displayed widgets and historical data are not predictions. Exact timestamps, settlement source, outage, tie, cancellation and dispute rules must be published before real-money play.
9. Gambling-related harm
Real-money prediction play can cause rapid losses, compulsive behaviour, chasing losses and financial, emotional or social harm. Skill does not remove market uncertainty. Gambling is entertainment, not employment or investment.
10. Cybersecurity, fraud and impersonation
Phishing, fake accounts, fake contracts, cloned domains, denial of service and account compromise may occur. No official XTAP contract address is currently published. Never disclose a seed phrase or private key.
11. Third parties
PinkSale, Binance, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, hosting providers and social platforms are independent. Their failure, suspension, terms or policy changes may affect the project and are outside XTAP’s control.
12. Legal, sanctions and tax
Participation may be unlawful or restricted where you live. Identity, source-of-funds and sanctions checks may be required. You may have tax or reporting obligations and should obtain independent advice.
13. Fees and conflicts
Future team allocations, platform fees, liquidity arrangements, treasury controls and conflicts of interest must be disclosed in final offering and game documents. They are not final in this draft.
