Free points beta
These terms cover the free test game. They are not a commercial offer, a sale of $XTAP, a paid service, a financial product or a right to a prize. Points are not money, tokens or property.
1. Accepting these terms
Before creating a profile, confirm that you are 18 or older, accept these terms using the checkbox and read the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not create a profile or use the game.
2. What the beta provides
XTAP provides temporary, free access to a points game. Each round permits one UP or DOWN prediction for BTC/USDT. A correct prediction earns the points shown in the interface. Equal start and end prices, or an unavailable reliable price, leave points and statistics unchanged.
3. Age and eligibility
The beta is for adults aged 18 or older. Check whether this free game is permitted in your jurisdiction and do not use it where prohibited.
4. Profile and personal data
Only your login and points are public. Email and optional Telegram are private profile contacts, excluded from the leaderboard. See the Privacy Policy for processing and deletion details.
5. No stakes or financial promises
The beta accepts no money or cryptoassets, connects no wallets and pays no cash prizes. Points cannot be bought, exchanged, withdrawn or transferred and do not themselves entitle you to future rewards. Token, on-chain and future-mode materials describe a possible concept, not an available feature or commitment.
6. Separate promotions
No contest, giveaway or award arises automatically from this beta. Any such event requires separately published rules identifying the organizer, territory, dates, eligibility, winner selection, prizes and delivery.
7. Fair play
Bots, automated predictions, bug exploitation, API interference, bypassing limits, harmful traffic and attempts to access other profiles are prohibited. Confirmed abuse may result in restricted access or removal of related game results.
8. Availability and changes
The beta is provided as is and may change, pause or end. Rounds may be cancelled due to price unavailability, maintenance or technical faults. Continuous operation and indefinite points retention are not guaranteed.
9. Profile responsibility
Choose an appropriate public login. Do not include another person’s personal data, abusive wording or impersonate anyone. A random browser key protects the profile; automatic recovery after losing it may be impossible in the beta.
10. Intellectual property
The XTAP brand, artwork and interface are protected by applicable law. Separately distributed source code is subject to its accompanying license.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost game points or beta interruptions. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited by agreement.
12. Deleting a profile
Use the Profile menu to delete your profile, contacts, predictions and points. Deletion is irreversible and ends access to that profile.
13. Electronic agreements
These terms take account of the principles of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce and the UN Electronic Communications Convention: non-discrimination against electronic form, technological neutrality and functional equivalence. These instruments do not themselves establish worldwide governing law or turn a website into a binding commercial offer.
14. Future commercial terms
Any paid service, digital-asset sale or other commercial mode requires separate terms identifying the legal operator, registration country, address, subject matter, territory, price, currency, taxes, acceptance, refunds, claims, governing law, dispute forum and contacts. Until then, XTAP should not be understood as offering a paid contract.
15. Governing law and disputes
These free-beta terms select no national law, court or arbitration and preserve mandatory rights under your country’s laws. Commercial-launch terms must specify governing law and dispute resolution after identifying the legal operator. Direct beta questions to the official project channels first.
