Pre-release Terms of Use

1. Operator and current status

The XTAP project team currently maintains this informational website. The legal operator, registered address, company number, legal email and any applicable regulator or licence have not yet been published.

These details must be published before any commercial, token-sale or real-money function is activated. Until then, this page is a pre-launch notice and is not a token-sale agreement, game rulebook, wagering agreement, wallet agreement or financial-services agreement.

2. Informational scope

Website content describes a project under development and may change. Roadmap dates, token utility, game modes, fees, exchange listings and launch dates are targets only, not binding commitments.

Nothing on this website guarantees completion, availability, profitability, token value, liquidity, listing, trading volume, holder income, winnings or future market demand.

3. Age and territorial restrictions

The planned real-money service is intended only for people aged 21 or over and any higher minimum age required by local law. Age, identity and location checks must be completed before any future deposit, stake or equivalent participation.

Access to this informational website does not mean that a token offer or game is lawful or available where you live. Future functions will use a default-deny country matrix and will be enabled only after the required legal review, licence or registration and technical controls are in place.

Users must not circumvent age, sanctions or territorial controls by VPN, proxy or inaccurate information.

4. Future game concept

XTAP is intended to include a multiplayer prediction game in which players select a direction for the Bitcoin price and a result is determined under published rules and a designated market-data methodology.

Real-money gameplay is not available. Before launch, the operator must publish the legally approved classification, operator and licence details, complete game and settlement rules, permitted territories, age rules, fees, payout methodology, withdrawal and cancellation rules, complaints process, responsible-gaming controls and technical verification information.

Describing a planned feature creates no right to participate and no promise that the feature will launch in any country.

5. Token and proposed sale

No active offer of the XTAP token is made through this website. The issuer, legal classification, network, contract address, supply, utility, allocation, price, payment methods, vesting, withdrawal rights, transfer restrictions and offering territories remain subject to separate legal and technical review.

The token must not be treated as equity, debt, a deposit, legal tender, a guaranteed investment or a contractual right to revenue, profit or appreciation unless a final lawful offering document expressly provides otherwise.

No return, holder income, commission distribution, secondary market, liquidity or exchange listing is promised. If an offer becomes available, its approved white paper, offering terms and mandatory notices will prevail over general website content.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on the website is financial, investment, legal, gambling, accounting or tax advice. Obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your jurisdiction and circumstances.

7. Demo and market data

Any BTC/USDT price and prediction demo are informational and illustrative. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate.

XTAP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Binance unless a written relationship is expressly disclosed. Displaying public Binance-originated data does not establish the fairness of a future game or guarantee settlement results.

The authoritative data source, timestamps, outage rules, dispute process and settlement logic for real-money rounds must be published separately before launch.

8. Third-party services and anti-phishing

PinkSale, blockchain explorers, X, Telegram, Binance, wallets and other linked services are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. XTAP does not control their availability, security or content.

A third-party account, token or page is not genuine merely because it uses the XTAP name. XTAP will never ask for a seed phrase or private key, or request a transfer to a team member’s personal wallet.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• exploit, overload or interfere with the website, or introduce malicious code;
• impersonate XTAP or create fake tokens, contract addresses, sale pages or support accounts;
• use bots, manipulation, collusion, fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion;
• circumvent eligibility, age or territorial controls; or
• use the project for unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

Website branding, graphics, code and materials belong to their respective owner or are used under licence. The legal intellectual-property owner must be identified before commercial launch. You receive only a limited, revocable right to view the website for lawful personal use.

11. Availability and changes

Pre-release website features may be modified, suspended or discontinued. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Material changes to these pages will be published with a new date and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Terms accepted for a completed transaction cannot be changed retrospectively merely by updating a webpage.

12. Mandatory rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights or remedies.

No exclusion applies where liability cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable. Transaction-specific liability rules must be reviewed under the law of every permitted market.

13. Governing law, complaints and contact

The legal operator, governing law, courts, complaint route, alternative dispute-resolution body and regulator have not yet been selected or published. Mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of habitual residence cannot be removed by a future choice-of-law clause.

A dedicated legal, support, privacy and responsible-gaming email must be published before commercial launch. The official XTAP Telegram is currently the only public project channel; never send it private keys, seed phrases, identity documents or payment data.

14. Languages

Translations are provided for accessibility. English is the drafting reference, but this does not override mandatory local-language rules, consumer protections or any version that applicable law requires to control.

These translations require review by a qualified local legal linguist before any regulated offer or real-money launch.
